Crown of the Eternal Flame:

The wielder of the Crown of the Eternal Flame may choose to ignore any reduction in their health state. Doing so has consequences based on if the wielder is a ruler, or non-ruler character; nothing can cause you to ignore these consequences. Ruler Characters: Lose one level of stability per level of health state you would have lost, this cannot be regained the same session you use this artifact. Non-Ruler Characters: One random attribute is reduced by 1 per level of health state you would have lost, permanently.
